Microsoft Office

Students who are confident in using computers would be able to sign up to this course to grow their office skills proficiently. This level comprises of four parts of the office 2016 course, these are:

Access

This section is designed for students who want to create simple databases to keep a database of their friends and neighbours addresses and phone numbers. Some other simple databases can be used in small businesses to track inventory and customers. This section is four modules long.

Excel

This section is designed for students who want to track their spending, create charts, sorting and filtering data. It can also be used for budgeting your finances for the future. This section is five modules long.

PowerPoint

This section is designed for students who wants to make simple photo slideshows of their last holidays, it can also be used for local meetings to show off an idea or a plan. This section is six modules long.

Word

This section is designed for the students who likes writing letters but would now find it easier to type the letter rather than write. This is also ideal when writing multiple copies of the same letter to multiple people. This section is six modules long.

 

If students only want to know the basics, students will only undertake the first 2 modules of each course.
Each section of the course students will be assessed internally.
After each section the students will be given a quiz to assess their knowledge of the course.
